Omnipollo Aniara

Pale ale fermented with lemon juice. Insert swiftly and securely into facehole.

Omnipollo Noa Pecan Mud Cake Stout

When I was 12 I dreamed of becoming a pastry chef. Call this a creative outlet.

Omnipollo Nautilus

You know that milk that is left in your bowl after you’ve eaten all the blueberries… Sour ale brewed with blueberries, lactose sugar and vanilla beans.

Blackberry Farm Spring Saison

Smooth, slightly tart, delicately hopped, and spiced with orange peel, coriander and grains of paradise. I’m chugging one of these while typing this and enjoying my day right now.

Stillwater Fear Of Ghosts

So new. So fresh. Fear of Ghosts is a smoked sour farmhouse wheat ale.

Stillwater Tuppance

Old World Porter fermented with Brett. Yes please.

Stillwater / Dugges Tropical Punch Ale

Stillwater / Other Half Rockstar Farmer

Making the Session IPA segment sexy again.

Evil Twin Sour Bikini Cans

Named after atom bomb test grounds, designed by a French car engineer - the bikini was to many a disturbing and degrading creation and fortunately for others a symbol of emancipation. This is attractively light bodied, seductively well balanced and very drinkable Sour Bikini is anything but a sissy beer.

Boulevard Lemon Ginger Radler

Boulevard Ginger-Lemon Radler is a zesty, refreshing take on the tradition of mixing beer with soda or lemonade to create a light, thirst-quenching beverage ideal for warm weather. Radler (literally “cyclist,”) takes its name from active German sportsmen of a hundred years ago, but our version tastes just as good even if you do nothing more strenuous than lifting it to your lips

Boulevard ZŌN

Boulevard’s summer seasonal is our interpretation of a classic Belgian witbier. ZŌN (Flemish for “sun”) combines the subtle flavors of coriander and orange peel with other traditional ingredients to create a delightful, refreshing summertime brew. 2009 GABF gold medal winner in Belgian-Style Witbier category.

Urban Family Through The Eyes of Babes

This farmhouse ale is primary fermented with a 100% blend of Brettanomyces and dry hopped with Azaaca hops.

Urban Family Barrel Aged Voices Underground

BA Voices

Our classic four grain saison is brewed with wheat, oats, rye and barley and fermented with our house yeast and Brett cultures. Aged in wine barrels. Oh my god yes. So yes.

Urban Family Barrel Aged Snakeskin Jacket

Mixed culture citrus fementation barrel aged farmhouse ale. All the best beer buzzwords.

Urban Family More With Honey

Locally sourced wild flower honey lies at the heart of this beer, lending a flavor and taste of local PNW terrior. Spices and our house wild yeast complete its delicate profile.

Urban Family Death to Cereal

Saturday Beer Blogging and Day Drinking

It’s Saturday. Time to talk about NEW BEER while DRINKING A BEER!

What Are We Drinking?

Omnipollo Fatamorgana Draught. (⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆) RB (98): BA (93): Notes: Super light color for an Imperial IPA. Light bodied, citrusy, deliciousness.

What’s New?

Omnipollo Nautilus - EXTREMELY LIMITED

You know that milk that is left in your bowl after you’ve eaten all the blueberries… Sour ale brewed with blueberries, lactose sugar and vanilla beans.

O’Fallon Co’al Train - LIMITED

Co’al Train Imperial Stout is viscous and velvety with delicate chocolate and coffee notes that balance wel with the caramel, toffee, and dark fruit flavors. Finishing with a nice firm roast traditional of the style, this beer will linger pleasantly on the palate long into the finish. Hops balance the sweetness of the malt but take a bake seat. The British yeast strain was selected to add subtle esters to complement the malt and add to the beer’s complexity. Drink this “one off” selection now, or allow the beer to develop for up to 5 years!

O’Fallon Strawberry - SEASONAL

Try our new refreshingly light and crisp Strawberry Best! We start with an American Wheat style recipe that’s a perfect compliment for fruit. We add real strawberry puree to the secondary fermentation, which gives the beer a naturally subtle strawberry flavor and aroma with a slight tartness. Light in color and soft in bitterness this beer is designed specifically to be enjoyed during the hot summer months.
